The Organization tab in your settings provides tools for managing your firm’s setup, monitoring usage, and customizing how ProPlaintiff.ai represents your brand.
📍 Where to Find Organization Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click the Organization tab.
💡 This tab is only visible to organization owners and admins.
General
Update your organization’s core details, including:
Organization Name
Website URL
Contact Email
Contact Phone
Full Address
Time Zone
Team
Manage your firm's members:
Add new users to your organization
Click on Settings in the top right corner of your account, under Organization Tab > select Team. Click 'Invite Members'
Assign or update roles (Owner, Admin, Member)
Owner: Has full control of the subscription and organization.
Admin: Ability to update organization information.
Member: General access, cannot change anything within the settings.
Remove or deactivate accounts
Subscription
View and manage your billing information:
Review active subscription details
View billing history
Download invoices

Track internal activity for transparency and auditing:
View a full log of actions across your organization
See changes to settings, usage events, and user activity
