Where to Find Email
From the left-hand Main Navigation panel:
Click Email
Select Connect Outlook
Log in to your Outlook account to complete the connection
Once connected, your inbox will sync securely with ProPlaintiff.ai.
Connecting Your Outlook Account
When you first open the Email section, you will see a Connect Outlook button.
Click Connect Outlook
Sign in using your Microsoft/Outlook credentials
Grant the requested permissions
Your email data is securely synced and encrypted. You may disconnect your account at any time.
Currently, Outlook is the only supported email integration.
Composing Emails
To send a new message:
Click Compose (top left)
Enter the recipient, subject, and message
Add attachments as needed
Click Send
You can draft, edit, and manage emails just as you would in Outlook.
Managing Your Inbox
The left panel includes standard mail folders:
Inbox
Sent
Drafts
Archive
Spam
Trash
You can:
Open and reply to emails
Forward messages
Search for specific communications
Manage drafts
The interface functions similarly to Outlook while keeping your communications within your case management system.
Adding Your Email Signature
To add or edit your signature:
Click Signature in the left panel
Customize your signature using the formatting toolbar
Click Save
Your saved signature will automatically appear when composing new emails.
You can format text, add links, and include images as needed.
Searching Emails
You have two ways to search:
1. Keyword Search
Use the Search emails bar at the top of the screen to search by:
Sender
Subject
Keywords
Content
This functions similarly to Outlook’s search feature.
2. Search by Case
To view emails related to a specific case:
Click the Select a Case dropdown
Search for and select the appropriate case
ProPlaintiff.ai will intelligently surface emails it believes are relevant to that case.
This allows you to quickly review communications connected to a matter without manually filtering your inbox.
