Track firm and individual performance with customizable analytics dashboards. Monitor case activity, AI usage, financial trends, adoption, productivity, and more with filters for time range, feature, and user specific insights.

Analytics

The Analytics dashboard gives your firm a centralized view of performance across ProPlaintiff.ai. Track case activity, AI usage, financial trends, feature adoption, team productivity, and individual attorney performance to better understand how your firm is using the platform.

Analytics is divided into two views:

  • Firm – Organization-wide metrics and trends.

  • Lawyer – Individual user performance and productivity.

To access Analytics:

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under the Organization section, click Analytics.


Firm Analytics

The Firm view provides organization-wide insights across your entire practice.

Depending on your firm's activity, available dashboards may include:

  • Case Generated Invoices

  • Expenses

The information displayed updates based on your selected filters and your firm's activity within the platform.


Lawyer Analytics

The Lawyer view focuses on an individual user's activity and performance.

Metrics may include:

  • Total Output

  • Demand Letters

  • Medical Chronologies

  • Threads

  • Assigned Cases

  • Financial Trends

  • Time Entries

  • Output Trend

  • Firm Average

  • Personal Production

  • Personal Operations

This view helps attorneys understand their productivity and contribution over a selected time period.


Customize Your Dashboard

Analytics dashboards can be fully customized to fit your workflow.

To customize your dashboard:

  1. Click Customize.

  2. Drag and drop dashboard cards into your preferred layout.

  3. Arrange the information that's most important to your firm.

  4. Save your changes when you're finished.

Your customized layout will be displayed each time you return to Analytics.

Tip: Place the metrics your firm reviews most often near the top of the dashboard for quick access.


Filter Analytics

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the data displayed.

Time Range

View analytics for:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • Last 12 months

  • Year to date

  • Custom range

  • All time

Feature Filter

Limit analytics to a specific area of the platform:

  • All Features

  • Document AI

  • Communications

  • Case Management

  • Intake

  • AI Platform

Filters update the dashboard instantly, allowing you to focus on the data most relevant to your analysis.

Tip

Review both the Firm and Lawyer views regularly. The Firm dashboard provides a high level overview of your organization's performance, while the Lawyer dashboard helps individual users track their own productivity and platform usage over time.
