Where to Create a New Case
From the main navigation menu, click Cases
In the top right corner, click New Case
A pop up window will appear
Enter the Case Name
Click Create & Open
Once created, the system will automatically open your Case Overview page.
Build Your Case the Smart Way
ProPlaintiff.ai is designed to populate your case using AI.
The recommended next step after creating a case is to use AI Smart Upload – Auto Fill Case Data, located in the Quick Actions panel on the right side of the Case Overview page.
This allows the system to extract and structure your case information automatically.
Using AI Smart Upload – Auto Fill Case Data
Click AI Smart Upload – Auto Fill Case Data
Upload your intake form or supporting documents
Click Process & Extract
The AI will review your documents and automatically populate:
Client details
Incident information
Insurance data
Expenses referenced in intake materials
Other relevant case fields
This is the fastest and most accurate way to set up your case.
Supported file type: PDF
Maximum file size: 15MB per file
If You Do Not Have Documents Available
If you are creating a case before receiving intake materials or supporting documentation, you may enter information manually.
To do this:
Navigate through the Case Summary tabs
Click the edit icon next to each section
Enter client, case, insurance, and related details
Save your updates
You can always return later and use AI Smart Upload once documents become available.
