When building a custom template, one of the most powerful tools you have is the ability to add and customize document sections. Each section you create directly shapes the content your document will generate.
📍 Where to find the Documents Section
Open the Navigation Bar.
Click on the Main Navigation sub menu.
Select Templates.
Open your desigered template and select Document Sections from the Template Sections panel.
This will open the Template Builder, your workspace for designing, organizing, and previewing your custom document templates.
What Are Document Sections?
Document sections are the core content blocks that make up the body of your final document. Each one contains:
Title – A label to identify the section in your template.
Prompt – Instructions or context that guide the AI in generating content for that section.
Subsections (Optional) – Smaller, nested components for more detailed structuring.
There’s no limit to how many sections you can add, allowing you to break your document into clear, meaningful parts based on the information you need to present.
During generation, the AI reads each section’s prompt and produces relevant, structured content for the final document.
💡Pro Tip: Ask the paralegal assistant to help refine your prompts for the most accurate and detailed output.

Write clear, specific prompts to improve AI results.
Use subsections to break down complex topics or guide the AI step-by-step.
Keep section titles consistent and descriptive for easier navigation.
