ProPlaintiff Library

The ProPlaintiff Library provides ready to use templates for demand letters, medical chronologies, pleadings, and communications. Duplicate any template, customize it to match your firm's workflow, and save it to your Team Templates.

Where to Find the ProPlaintiff Library

  1. Select a case from the Viewing Case dropdown.

  2. Scroll to the Main Navigation section.

  3. Click Templates.

  4. Select the ProPlaintiff Library tab.

The library displays all available templates maintained by the ProPlaintiff team. New templates and updates are added regularly.


Available Template Categories

The ProPlaintiff Library includes templates for multiple document types, including:

  • Demand Letters

  • Medical Chronologies

  • Pleadings

  • Communications

Each template is professionally structured and ready to use immediately or customize for your firm's preferences.


Finding a Template

Use the tools at the top of the page to quickly locate the template you need.

You can:

  • Search by template name or description

  • Filter by category

  • Filter by status

  • Sort templates by recently updated and other available options

This makes it easy to find the right template for your specific use case.


Duplicating a Template

Templates in the ProPlaintiff Library are read only and cannot be edited directly. To customize a template, you'll first create your own copy.

  1. Open the ProPlaintiff Library.

  2. Locate the template you want to use.

  3. Click the three dot menu (⋮) on the template card.

  4. Select Duplicate.

A copy of the template will open in the Template Builder.


Customizing Your Template

After duplicating a template, you can:

  • Use the template exactly as provided

  • Modify the AI prompts to better match your firm's structure, writing style, preferred verbiage, and tone

You can make as many adjustments as needed before saving your copy.

💡 Tip: We recommend duplicating a ProPlaintiff template even if you plan to use it without changes. This gives your firm its own editable version that can be updated at any time without affecting the original template.

Saving Your Template

Before saving your duplicated template:

  1. Enter a new Template Name.

  2. Select the appropriate Category.

  3. Click Save Template.

Once saved, your customized copy will appear under the Team Templates tab, where it is available for your organization to use.

The original ProPlaintiff Library template remains unchanged and can always be duplicated again if needed.
