How Parties Are Created

Parties can be generated in two ways:

AI Generated Parties

  • Attorneys

  • Other entities mentioned in documents

Manual Party Entries

You can also add parties manually.

To add a party:

  1. Click Add Party

  3. Save

This is useful for:

  • Missing individuals or entities

  • Clarifying roles

  • Adding internal or case specific contacts

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find specific parties by name.

Use category filters to narrow results by type, such as:

  • Doctors only

  • Insurance providers

  • Attorneys

This helps you quickly navigate large or complex cases.

Merging Parties

If duplicate or similar parties exist, you can merge them.

To merge parties:

  1. Select multiple entries

  2. Click Merge

  3. Choose which data to keep

This helps maintain a clean and accurate list of involved entities.

The Parties section is essential for:

  • Understanding all stakeholders in a case
