  • Source document reference (if applicable)

Events are organized by month and year for easy navigation.

How Timeline Events Are Created

AI Generated Events

When you:

  • Upload documents

  • Run Case Analysis

The AI automatically extracts and organizes key events into the Timeline.

  • Case related events

  • Supporting evidence

Manual Events

You can also add events manually.

To add an event:

  1. Click Add Event

This is useful for adding:

  • Missing events

  • Non-documented milestones

Event Types

Events are categorized to help organize your case. Common types include:

  • Evidence

  • Other case related activity

These labels help you quickly identify the nature of each event.

Merging Timeline Events

If duplicate or similar events exist, you can merge them.

To merge events:

  1. Select multiple events

  2. Click Merge

  3. Choose which data to keep or remove

This helps maintain a clean and accurate timeline.

Why the Timeline Matters

The Timeline plays a critical role in:

  • Understanding the sequence of events

  • Supporting causation arguments

  • Identifying gaps in treatment or documentation

  • Preparing demand letters and case summaries

A well structured timeline strengthens your case narrative and improves AI generated outputs.
