Setting Up SMS
Step 1: Access SMS Settings
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
Select Settings.
Under the Organization section, click SMS.
Step 2: Complete the 10DLC Registration Form
Before you can send or receive texts, your firm needs to be registered under 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) — a carrier compliance requirement for business SMS in the US.
On the SMS settings page, click the green "Complete 10DLC Form" button, or access the form directly here: 10DLC Registration Form.
Fill out the form with your firm's business information.
Submit the form. ProPlaintiff will use this information to create your carrier certification and set up your Twilio integration.
Step 3: Go Live
Once your registration is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your SMS is active. From there, SMS will be available on your cases.
Note: Processing time may vary. If you haven't heard back within a few business days, reach out to ProPlaintiff support.
