Best Practices

For the best client experience:

  • Invite clients as early as possible after intake.

  • Encourage clients to log pain regularly rather than waiting until treatment is complete.

  • Ask clients to upload bills and records as they receive them.

  • Review uploaded information periodically to keep the case current.

💡 Pro Tip

Introduce Client Care during your client's initial intake or welcome call. Clients who begin using the app early are more likely to consistently upload records, track treatment, and document their recovery throughout the life of the case.
