Where to Find the AI Paralegal

  1. Log in to ProPlaintiff.ai.

  2. Open the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select AI Paralegal.

The AI Paralegal workspace will open in the center of your screen, displaying:

  • A prompt input field

  • File upload options

  • Quick action tools

  • Suggested workflows


What’s New

The AI Paralegal has been completely rebuilt to function as a full case operations hub.

It now has access to:

  • Case files

  • Case data and fields

  • Documents

  • Calendar and events

This allows the AI to take action and generate outputs based on the actual state of your case, not just what is typed into the prompt.


What You Can Do

Create a Case

You can create a new case directly from the AI Paralegal.

Example:


“Create a new case for John Smith motor vehicle accident”

The AI will:

  • Create the case

  • Set it up in your system

  • Allow you to continue building it without leaving the chat

You can also use @mentions to assign team members during creation.


Generate Legal Documents

The AI Paralegal can generate documents using real case data and uploaded files.

Common examples include:

  • Demand letters

  • Medical chronologies

  • Pleadings

  • Motions

  • Subpoenas

Because the AI is connected to your case, it automatically pulls in relevant documents, facts, and details.


Upload Files Directly to a Case

Files uploaded through the AI Paralegal are automatically tied to your case.

This allows you to:

  • Add documents without navigating away

  • Immediately use those documents for drafting or analysis

  • Build your case while working in chat


Work in Full Case Context

The AI Paralegal understands your case environment.

It can:

  • Answer questions based on case data

  • Reference uploaded documents

  • Use prior work product

  • Incorporate timeline, damages, and parties data

This eliminates the need to repeatedly explain or re upload information.

You can upload:

The AI can:

Submitting a Request

  1. Enter your request in the prompt field

  2. Reference a case using @ if needed

  3. Upload any relevant files

  4. Click Send

You can continue refining results through follow up prompts.

  • Upload key documents early for better outputs

  • Be specific with requests

  • Review and edit all generated content before use
